This policy describes how Current Transmission Limited handles information across applications, websites and related services that link to it. Processing varies by product and by the action a user selects; a permission or data category mentioned here does not apply automatically to every product.
The device workspace
Authentication secrets and verification codes, ordinary documents, print files and editing results are designed to remain on the device unless the user deliberately chooses an operation that sends content elsewhere. Current Transmission cannot retrieve or delete content it never receives.
User-selected inputs
A document or photo picker, camera or printer connection gives access only for the requested action and within the permission granted. Exporting, printing or opening a file may send it to the printer, application, account or recipient chosen by the user, which then applies its own privacy practices.
Operational records
We may receive an IP address and limited device, version, request, security, support and transaction information when a product uses an online service, verifies an entitlement or the user contacts us. Complete payment credentials remain with Apple or the applicable marketplace.
Photo generation: an intentional remote step
When a user starts the AI image function, the selected image is uploaded to OpenRouter for AI processing and the generated result is returned to the client. Neither the uploaded image nor the generated result is used by the backend service to train AI models.
If the uploaded image or generated result is stored, it is deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity. This limit does not apply to local documents, authentication information, support correspondence or marketplace records.
Why information is used
Information is used to complete requested functions, deliver AI results, maintain security and reliability, answer support questions, verify marketplace access, investigate misuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not use locally stored authentication secrets or ordinary documents for advertising personalisation.
Who may receive it
OpenRouter receives an image only for the user-requested AI operation. Information may also reach an app marketplace, a technical provider acting for the relevant service, a user-selected destination, or a legal or safety recipient where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary. We do not sell user documents, authentication secrets or uploaded images for money.
Retention by location
Local content follows the user’s device and backup choices. AI images and results follow the two-week maximum described above when stored. Support, transaction, security and legal records are kept only for the relevant purpose or required obligation. Independently operated providers apply their own retention controls to records they control.
Permission and privacy controls
Users may refuse or revoke Camera, Photos, Files, Local Network or other optional permissions, avoid the AI function, delete local content, clear product data or uninstall a product. A revoked permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, eligible rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. We may verify a request against an installation, transaction or support record. Information held only on the device or independently by a marketplace must be managed there. Security and processing locations
Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures are used, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside the user’s country or region with appropriate safeguards where required. We do not designate a particular server country in this policy.
Age and changes
Covered products are intended for users aged 17 and above. A higher local requirement remains applicable. We may revise this policy as products, providers or law change and will provide additional notice or consent where required for materially different processing.
