Delete data
by its location
Current Transmission cannot use one deletion command for every record. Follow the route matching the place where the information is held.
On the device
Delete authentication entries, documents, print files and locally saved images or results through the relevant product and iOS controls. Revoke permissions, clear product data or uninstall if appropriate, and review device or cloud backups separately.
Content that never left the device cannot be remotely located or erased by Current Transmission.
AI image workflow
An image selected for AI generation is sent to OpenRouter and the generated result is returned to the client. Neither is used by the backend service for model training. If either is stored, it is deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity.
For an independently controlled OpenRouter record, an additional request to that provider may be necessary.
Support or technical record
Ask us to delete eligible support correspondence or a record reasonably linked to a product request. We may need the product name, approximate date, transaction reference or contact address to locate it. Do not send authentication secrets, passwords or unnecessary image content.
Marketplace or destination
Apple or another marketplace independently controls primary transaction, subscription and refund records. Manage those through the marketplace account. Delete exported documents, print jobs or images from the application, storage service, printer queue or recipient that received them.
What may remain
We may retain only information reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, transaction evidence, legal compliance or the establishment and defence of claims. Information already anonymised or not controlled by Current Transmission is outside our direct deletion capability.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Explain the relevant product and record. We will verify the request proportionately, remove or de-identify eligible information, and explain any restriction that applies.
