Terms of
Service

Agreement edition
April 13, 2026

These Terms apply when you download, purchase, access or use a Current Transmission Limited product that displays or links to them. Using a covered product means you agree to these Terms; otherwise, do not use it.

Who may use the products

Products are intended for users aged 17 and above. You must have legal capacity or any permission required where you live. A higher local age or authorisation rule continues to apply.

The licence supplied

Current Transmission Limited grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use a product on a device you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Products are licensed rather than sold.

Conduct boundaries

Do not reverse engineer, resell, rent, defeat security or purchase controls, introduce malware, overload a service, obtain another person’s credentials, or process content without the necessary rights. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Your materials

You keep rights you lawfully hold in images, documents, print files and other content selected for processing. You are responsible for permissions, destinations, output review and suitable backups. These Terms do not give Current Transmission ownership of those materials.

Special responsibilities by workflow

Authentication: protect recovery codes and verify migration before removing an existing method; Current Transmission cannot restore a third-party account it does not control.

Documents and printing: check files, layouts, formats, page ranges, printer targets and exports before confirming an action.

AI image generation: use only images you are entitled to submit. OpenRouter output may be incomplete or inaccurate, so review it before relying on, publishing or distributing it. Do not submit unlawful or unnecessarily sensitive content.

Purchases and trials

If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, its price, duration and included features appear before confirmation. Manage or cancel through the marketplace account used for purchase. Uninstalling does not cancel an active subscription. Restoration and refunds depend on marketplace rules and mandatory consumer law.

Third-party operations

OpenRouter, app marketplaces, printers and user-selected destinations operate under their own terms. Compatibility does not imply Current Transmission ownership, sponsorship or control, and we do not control their independent availability or decisions.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local handling and the user-requested transfer of images to OpenRouter. A system permission or legally required consent is requested separately and is not replaced by acceptance of these Terms.

Product ownership

Software, interfaces, branding, designs and supplied materials belong to Current Transmission Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Changes and termination

We may update, modify or discontinue functions for security, compatibility, marketplace, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using a product at any time. We may restrict access for material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud or security risk. Terms intended to survive termination continue.

Warranty boundary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation, accurate AI output, successful printing or compatibility with every file, device or service. Non-waivable consumer rights remain intact.

Liability boundary

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Current Transmission Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost data, profit or opportunity. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. Where permitted, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or infringement.

Disputes and legal continuity

The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution after a reasonable description of the dispute. An unresolved matter may be brought before a competent court or authority under applicable law without removing mandatory local rights. Invalid provisions are limited only as necessary; the remainder continues, and non-enforcement is not a waiver.

Revisions

Updated Terms and their effective date may be published through a product, this website or another reasonable channel. Additional notice or consent will be supplied where required before a material change applies.
